My niece’s 3 year old fell into a drain on a platform on the National Rail network. I won’t exaggerate, it wasn’t a big drain, and it was one leg that went in but he did scrape his leg. The main point is, that the drain didn’t have a cover on it and his trousers & shoes were ruined by the ‘filth’.
She wrote to the company, C2C who passed the letter on to their insurers who have written back and said that the claim is not justified.
Who should she contact next to get compensation for the ruined clothes/shoes?
What is a VPN?
VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia).
